  • Official Business License: We are registered as a Perseroan Terbatas (PT) and hold a valid Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan Pariwisata (SIUP-PARIWISATA) issued by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, authorizing us to operate as a full-service tour and travel provider in Indonesia.
  • Tax Compliance: We are a registered taxpayer with an official Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) and are fully compliant with all Indonesian tax laws and reporting requirements.
  • Employee Welfare: All our employees are registered with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (the national social security and workers’ insurance program), ensuring they have access to healthcare, pensions, and workplace injury protection as mandated by law.

  • Certified Guides: Every surf guide on our team is required to hold, at a minimum, an ISA (International Surfing Association) Level 1 certification and an Ocean Rescue & CPR certification from Balawista Badung, Bali’s official lifeguard corps.
  • Real-Time Monitoring: We use real-time swell, wind, and tide data from BMKG and other trusted marine forecasting services to select the safest and most appropriate surf spots for your skill level each day.
  • Emergency Action Plan (EAP): We have a comprehensive EAP for all water-based activities, including protocols for injuries, marine life encounters, and changing weather conditions. All guides carry first-aid kits and communication devices.
  • Equipment Standards: All surfboards, leashes, and safety equipment are inspected daily for integrity and replaced regularly.

Transport & Logistics Safety

  • Fleet Maintenance: Our entire fleet of luxury vehicles undergoes regular, scheduled maintenance at manufacturer-authorized service centers.
  • GPS Tracking & Monitoring: Every vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracking device, allowing our central office to monitor its location, speed, and status in real-time.
  • Certified Drivers: Our drivers are professionally trained, licensed, and have passed defensive driving courses and background checks.
  • Aviation Partners: We only partner with private air charter services that have impeccable safety records and hold a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the Indonesian Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).

Health & Medical Preparedness

  • Medical Partnerships: We maintain official partnerships with leading international-standard medical facilities in Bali, such as BIMC Hospital, to ensure priority access and care for our clients in the event of a medical emergency.
